30 Minute Therapy with Josephine

I am very aware of the faster pace life we seem to be in today, so have developed this unique concept.
My '30 Minute Therapy' works through issues that can be impacting on or in your life. Some of these issues can include - working towards solutions to many of life's challenges; finding more positive ways to cope with life; handling stress / anxiety and conflict in healthier ways.
These sessions are designed to shed the excess from our souls, restore balance back into our lives and really enjoy how we feel.
My '30 Minute Therapy' can help you discover how you can work through some of life's obstacles, heal yourself and develop invaluable 'tools' to call upon in the future to better ensure your life is more positive and happier. These '30 Minute Therapy' sessions would be MOST SUITED TO individuals who are TRULY READY to deal seriously with the issues that are impacting on and in their lives.
Our first session will be for up to an hour, followed by weekly or fortnightly half hour sessions. As a guide, when you commence my '30 Minute Therapy', weekly sessions are preferred and in time our sessions can be on a fortnightly basis, with some possible 1 hour sessions as necessary.
I know you will feel the benefits within yourself and your life by talking things out rather than letting them 'fester'. Leaving issues unresolved for too long often results in health decline and a lesser feeling in the joy of life and ultimately a longer journey in working through things.
