Grief and loss is a part of many aspects of our lives.  It is not always as a result of someone's death.  Grief and Loss can be the end of a relationship, loss of a job, moving house to a new suburb / state or even country.  What ever the reason the are a range of feelings and emotions that we need to work through and overcome in order to then continue in our lives, happier.
 
It is important to remember that everyone copes in their own way with grief and loss, and there is no time limit on this process.
 
Coping with any type of grief and loss can be a difficult time.
